HOW A PROJECT RUNS

Most customers arrive with either a specification, a problem or a resource gap. The work below is the same either way — only the entry point changes.

Pre-study & analysis

We establish what the application actually demands — torque, voltage, duty cycle, thermal envelope, EMC environment, cost target — and what that rules in or out. Often this ends with the honest answer that a standard product will do.

Design

Hardware, firmware, board and enclosure are designed together, because in power electronics they fail together. PCB layout is a dedicated discipline here — it decides EMC, thermal behaviour, safety clearance and production cost long before the first board is built.

Prototype

Short iterations against real hardware. We build, measure, change and rebuild — and we keep the schematic and layout libraries so the next revision starts from a known state rather than from scratch.

Verification

Our own electronics, EMC and motor lab means pre-compliance testing happens during development, not as a surprise at the certification house. We advise on which directives and standards apply, and what evidence you will be asked for.

Motor drive for a handheld stone cutter

Developed a complete motor drive — hardware, software, layout and production documentation. Supported the customer all the way into serial production.

Modern communication solution, delivered in series

Everything from schematic and layout to enclosure, cabling, EMC measurement at an accredited institute, labels and packaging, plus complete CE documentation. The customer supplied the software; we did the rest, handed over full manufacturing data and also delivered the product in series.

ENERGY

High-reliability protection circuit for emergency breaker closing

A protection circuit that closes a breaker in an emergency, where reliability requirements were very high. We developed the board including layout, the embedded software and an EMC-friendly enclosure, and handed over complete manufacturing documentation.

Our own 300 sqm electronics, EMC and motor testing capability sits alongside the design desks. That shortens the loop between a measurement and a design change from weeks to hours, and it means a board is verified before it goes to a certification house.

Work is run under ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified management systems, so documentation, revision control and traceability follow the same rules on every project.
