Customizable Servo Motors – From Idea to Solution

POWER&D has one of the widest ranges of servo motors on the market. We offer brushless permanent magnet motors in both high and low voltage versions. The main application areas for servo motors are factory automation, industrial robots and CNC machines, but the technology can be applied in many different areas.

Our partner Tamagawa offers a wide range of sizes with flange sizes from 14.5 to a full 290mm, with several different lengths for each flange size. The servo motors have high efficiency and can be precisely regulated in torque and speed. As standard, there are also three different moments of inertia to choose from. The motors are delivered with or without a brake and with a resolver or optical encoder as a feedback unit.

We also offer several special variants such as:

- Motors with integrated drive electronics

The stepper motor is well suited for motion in applications such as office machines, vending machines, printers, access control systems and packaging and labeling machines, but also for more precision-demanding applications in medical technology and automation. With a high torque and low speed, stepper motors are well suited for direct-drive applications. Thanks to their relatively simple design, stepper motors also provide cost-effective solutions in the right applications.

We offer a complete range of 2- and 5-phase hybrid stepper motors in most flange sizes (Size 08, 11, 14, 16, 17, 18, 20, 23, 24 and 34) and lengths (1-2 stack). In addition to standard formats, our supplier Tamagawa has also developed some unique solutions such as a series of flat stepper motors for CCTV systems and tape feeders as well as high-torque models for packaging machines.

We can deliver application-specific solutions where mechanics and winding are adapted exactly to your needs.

Rotor/stator sets are also known as kit motors, frameless or built-in motors. They consist of brushless, permanently magnetized motors in a modular design, where the stator and rotor are delivered as separate components for optimal integration into the application. We offer motor kits in both high and low voltage versions.
